Had a nice time in this spot- close to city center and the tourist spots you may want to see. Apartment was clean and as described. Property owner was responsive. Things to consider, like I believe most places in Europe, there is no air conditioning which was really rough on us this week in July. They have a fan that worked great, but never really got a chance to cool down appropriately which made it difficult to sleep. The second thing to consider is because you’re in the middle of the city on a semi busy street, it’s pretty loud if you keep the windows open (which we had to do at night to let cool air in). The windows are very well sound proofed so the noise is not a problem at all when they’re closed. Really liked the neighborhood- very diverse with not a ton of tourists around.

We recently stayed at this apartment while visiting Munich for Oktoberfest. The apartment is a short 10 minute walk to Alstadt and 10 mins in the other direction to the Oktoberfest grounds. While conveniently located, the neighborhood is a bit rough and I would not spend a lot of time outside after dark.
The apartment was quiet and large enough for two people. Our only complaint is there was no extra toilet paper and no soap at the bathroom sink or in the shower. So we had to go buy some at a corner market. It would be a good idea for the host to stock some extra supplies.
