This high-quality, non-smoking vacation apartment with a southeast-facing balcony is located in a wonderfully idyllic setting in the Baltic Sea resort town of Kellenhusen, just a few minutes’ walk from the sandy beach and the promenade. It is part of a newly built apartment building with five high-quality vacation apartments.
The bright two-bedroom vacation apartment features a spacious living/dining area with a 49-inch TV, a wood-burning stove, and a modern, open-concept kitchen. One bedroom has a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), while the other bedroom has two single box-spring beds (each 90 x 200 cm, which can also be pushed together) and a 43-inch TV.
The spacious bathroom with a shower and sauna offers warmth and relaxation even on colder days—the perfect escape from everyday life. The child-friendly apartment includes, among other things, a travel crib with an extra mattress, two Tripp Trapp high chairs, and built-in outlet covers.
There is also a washing machine in the utility room. A convenient bonus is the passenger elevator in the building. A parking space is reserved for your car right next to the building.
The Kapitänshaus has an additional parking space with a Wallbox (Type 2) for charging electric cars. Use of the wallbox can be booked as an additional service through the property management for a fee.
Up to three e-bikes can also be charged simultaneously at outlets in the bike shed. There are no additional costs for this.

It was a wonderful weekend with great weather, and the three of us were able to enjoy it in this fantastic apartment. The bathrooms and kitchen are great; the whole apartment is modern. Parking right outside the door!! Highly recommended.

Great apartment. Very well-equipped. Basically everything you need on vacation is there. The sauna was also great, though unfortunately the bench was too narrow to lie down on (but that’s just nitpicking). We can definitely highly recommend this apartment
