It's time for the sea...
Welcome to this light-filled, exclusive 81-square-meter penthouse apartment on the 2nd floor in the Baltic Sea resort of Kellenhusen.
It is part of a multi-family building (built in 2019) in a wonderfully idyllic location with five high-quality vacation apartments. The beach (300 m), a bakery, and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Each vacation apartment comes with an outdoor parking space for your car. An elevator and a bike shelter—complete with bike racks for e-bikes—are also available. A seasonal beach chair is also available from Easter through September 30.
The entire penthouse apartment features underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, blackout pleated shades or curtains, and electric sunshades on the large windows leading to the balcony.
The modern apartment, furnished with great attention to detail, features two bedrooms with box-spring beds (180x200m, firmness levels H2 and H3). Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and a large closet with sliding doors. One of the bedrooms opens onto the balcony.
In addition, a fully equipped kitchen—complete with a dishwasher, oven, freezer compartment, microwave, and more—invites you to prepare your own meals...
The cozy, bright apartment also features a barrier-free spa bathroom with a high-quality sauna for relaxation. There is also a guest restroom.
This makes it perfect for vacations as a couple, as a family, or even with friends. At the end of a wonderful day, you can either wind down in the cozy sitting area of the living/dining room while watching TV or playing games, or enjoy the peace and quiet on the 32-square-meter balcony, which faces southwest... and you’re welcome to grill on the electric grill. There is plenty of seating (chairs, lounge chairs), tables, a beach umbrella, and two side awnings.
The apartment also has a separate storage room with a washing machine, dryer, and clothes drying rack.
In the storage room on the 2nd floor—outside the apartment—a handcart is available for your outings.
For an additional fee, towels, bed linens, and sauna infusions are available through the property service.
Arrive, make yourself at home, and enjoy your time by the SEA to the fullest.....
The Kapitänshaus has a dedicated parking space with a Wallbox (Type 2) for charging electric cars. Use of the wallbox can be booked as an additional service for a fee through the property service.
Up to three e-bikes can also be charged simultaneously at outlets in the bike shed. There is no additional charge for this.

A very nice, well-equipped apartment! When I had a problem with the TV, I got in touch, and the issue was resolved immediately with the owner’s help. I would definitely rent this apartment again for my next vacation in Kellenhusen!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in der man sich wie zuhause fühlt.
Die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut. Die Nähe zum Strand ca 300 m ist sehr angenehm.
