The "Kapitänshaus" vacation apartment complex is an exclusive vacation home in Kellenhusen on the Baltic Sea.
Relaxation from the very first minute. High-quality furnishings and attention to detail make you feel right at home. It’s perfect for a vacation with family or friends, and a beach chair is available on the beach during the season from spring through fall (weather permitting).
The apartment is located on the first floor. It features two bedrooms, a hallway, a bathroom with a sauna and a wellness shower, an open-concept living and dining area, and an utility room. The covered terrace opens onto a garden area with a spacious lawn.
In the two cozy bedrooms, featuring box-spring beds (with firmness levels H2 and H3, respectively) and sliding-door closets, you’ll find peace and quiet, and plenty of space for your vacation wardrobe. Let go!
The bathroom is like an oasis of well-being with a walk-in wellness shower and a sauna for cold days.
The high-quality, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together. In the open, modern living and dining area, you’ll find a large dining table with comfortable armchairs. The cozy sofa set and armchairs are perfect for lounging and relaxing. Entertainment options include a Wi-Fi-enabled soundbar, TV, books, and games. Through the kitchen, you’ll reach the fully equipped utility room with a washer-dryer, drying rack, ironing board, and iron.
The Kapitänshaus has a dedicated parking space with a Wallbox (Type 2) for charging electric cars. Use of the wallbox can be booked as an additional service through the property management for a fee.
Up to three e-bikes can also be charged simultaneously at outlets in the bike shed. There is no additional charge for this.
