Stylishly and luxuriously furnished, the 76-square-meter KAPITÄNSHAUS 2 vacation apartment welcomes you with many thoughtful touches that will make your stay a pleasure.
In addition, it is wheelchair-accessible. A parking spot is reserved for you right in front of the door. Let’s go!
On the spacious corner terrace, complete with lounge chairs and two full sets of outdoor furniture, you’re sure to quickly find your favorite spot for morning coffee or a barbecue evening. A parasol and extendable windbreak are included. By the way, the electric grill is already set up, as is the small garden shed, which houses play equipment for guests of all ages. Of course, your own sports equipment will also find a suitable temporary home here. The rooms are bright and furnished with great attention to detail. TV in the living room and bedrooms. Curl up in the wingback chair with your favorite book, relax on the cozy couch (which converts into a 1.40 m x 2.00 m sofa bed), and enjoy dinner and lively conversation or games around the large dining table. On colder days, enjoy the cozy warmth of the crackling wood-burning stove.
Wonderful. By the way, you can access the large corner terrace—which is wheelchair-accessible—directly from the living area. For the wellness enthusiasts among us, the sauna and the adjacent, spacious wellness shower in the bathroom—with its great lighting effect—are sure to provide moments of pleasure and relaxation. You’ll also find a second shower in the guest bathroom. For amateur chefs and anyone hoping to become one, the kitchen area offers everything you could possibly want. Coffee maker, egg cooker and kettle, microwave, blender, hand blender, milk frother, toaster, kitchen scale, juicer, toaster, spices, and so much more… Everything is ready for quick meals and a truly memorable cooking experience.
The Kapitänshaus features a dedicated parking space with a Wallbox (Type 2) for charging electric cars. Use of the Wallbox can be booked as an additional service through the property management for a fee.
Up to three e-bikes can also be charged simultaneously via outlets in the bike shelter. There are no additional costs for this.

We stayed in the apartment with two other couples and immediately felt right at home. It’s very tastefully furnished and has plenty of space for four people. The kitchen is superbly equipped, with beautiful dishes, silverware, and plenty of useful kitchen utensils and appliances. Even the dishwasher—which wasn’t listed in the description—was there. The two terraces offer plenty of space and sun all day long, or shade if you prefer. We didn’t use the sauna or the wood-burning stove since we had perfect weather. We’d come back anytime.
