The property was renovated in the fall of 2016 with new dormers, windows, and doors. The house is located about a 450-meter walk from the Baltic Sea beach, and the bakery, supermarket, and Stolz department store are all within easy walking distance.
The “Ferienwohnung meine große Auszeit” vacation rental is located on the first floor.
The entryway features a coat closet with a key box and connects to the living areas via a hallway.
The separate, new kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a fully automatic coffee machine. There is also a dining area for two people in the kitchen.
The adjoining living room has a dining area that seats up to six people. The living room features a spacious wall unit and a couch area with a table and a flat-screen TV. From here, you can access the patio area with a grill and patio furniture, as well as the garden.
The large bedroom features a double bed with two nightstands and dimmable bedside lamps, as well as a large closet. If a toddler is traveling with you, a travel crib and a high chair are available in the master bedroom.
The bathroom has an exterior window for ventilation and features a shower with glass doors and a toilet.
The small bedroom has two single beds with two nightstands and dimmable bedside lamps; there is also a wardrobe here.
