7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, and a very large dining room. This vacation home, nestled in nature, impresses with its size and features two terraces. It’s ideal for a relaxing vacation with family or friends in the Eifel region. The spacious common area offers all guests the opportunity to dine and celebrate together. Following extensive renovation and new construction work in recent years, this historic Eifel house now shines in new splendor. It also features two large living areas with open-concept kitchens, a very large dining room with a natural stone wall, as well as seven bedrooms and three bathrooms with showers. With its distinctive Eifel charm, the vacation home can accommodate up to 20 guests. The total living area is approximately 230 m².

The Eifel Landhaus vacation home features a spacious separate kitchen on the first floor as well as a combined kitchen, dining, and living room with a kitchenette in the attic. The large kitchen on the first floor is fully equipped for up to 21 people, so there is plenty of dishes, silverware, and pots and pans. The second kitchen area is equipped for up to ten people. The large common and dining area on the first floor seats a total of over 22 people at two tables. A striking, massive fieldstone wall creates a particularly pleasant and cozy atmosphere, which is accentuated especially well by the indirect lighting. A spacious dining table seats 14 guests. Another smaller table seats an additional eight guests.
The vacation home features seven bedrooms with a total of 20 beds. Guests can choose from double rooms, triple rooms, and shared rooms. Of particular note is the unique triple bunk bed, which offers a special experience for children. The vacation home has two living areas and three seating areas, each with a flat-screen TV and comfortable sofas or armchairs. In addition, numerous books—including works about the Eifel region (nonfiction and crime novels)—as well as a selection of board games are available. There are three bathrooms. Each bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, and a window. The bathroom on the first floor also features an urinal.

The outdoor area covers approximately 1,000 m². In front of the house is a spacious terrace with ample seating for all guests. In addition, the property features a small terrace with seating, a large lawn behind the vacation home, and a large charcoal grill. Ample parking is available directly at the house.

Please note that the vacation home is located near three other vacation homes. We expect you to adjust the volume of any music and ensure quiet hours outdoors starting at 11:00 PM. The vacation home is not suitable for unaccompanied youth groups and young adults (up to age 25), and we will not tolerate bachelor/bachelorette parties or drinking binges.

On-site costs: Payment: 20% upon booking, the remainder 4 weeks before the start of your stay. A binding reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of our written confirmation (including via fax or email). All prices include heating, electricity, water, and final cleaning. Pets allowed upon request (for an additional fee)



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 10:00 AM.
