The Zoko Suites V apartment in Madrid
Comfort, design and quality
This apartment is located in the heart of the city, just a few metres from the La Latina metro station.
La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, and others that are totally innovative. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to do shopping at El Rastro, a very diverse open-air market.
The apartment:
A nice and practical apartment conveniently located on the first floor of the building, without a lift.
As soon as you enter, you find the kitchen, which communicates with the living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob, dishwasher and everything necessary for cooking. The living room, decorated with great taste, has a double sofa bed.
The night area consists of two double bedrooms that showcase a beautiful design. They are equipped with a double bed each and have direct access to their own bathroom with a shower.
There is WiFi connection, heating and air conditioning in all rooms.
The apartment does not have private parking. However, those travelling by car will find a public car park in front of the building.
The flat measures 62m2.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with Article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.
Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard

We had a comfortable stay here and since we were only here for a few days, we didn't get a chance to use the full kitchen. However, it was awesome having a refrigerator and microwave for our leftovers. The location is fantastic, tons of cafes and restaurants nearby and good walking distance to the sights and activities we wanted to do.
The only thing that was a fail for us was the busted light outside our front door. I did message them about it, but no one came to fix it. It was a safety issue especially at night.
