We really enjoyed our stay over Easter weekend, helped by the lovely warm weather. The lodge is located a few mins drive from Burgh Castle which is well worth visiting along with a walk along the boardwalk to the Fisherman Inn which overlooks the broads. We struggled a bit to find the lodge to start so tbhas there aren’t any signs to that part of the site but got there in the end. The lodge is well equipped and extremely wellMaintained and we would definitely book again due to its locality.

I got a phone call 30 minutes before my arrival to say the shower head is broken and they can get a maintenance bloke out now or tomorrow when were out. I asked them to get someone out ASAP as I didnt want anyone in the lodge while I was out. He said he will call me back within 1 hour and confirm but that phone call never come.The deck chair was ripped and my son fell through. Also one of the gas rings wasn't working on the Range. I paid a lot of money for my stay and I expected everything to be perfect. Otherwise me and my family had a brilliant time and would definitely book again, hopefully this time getting a fully functional lodge. Sorry, I forgot to take pictures.
