The property manager never received our booking from Vrbo. I found out just before our stay. The property manager was brilliant and very helpful, refunding our payment immediately. Vrbo’s website was not particularly helpful and it took a lot of digging to find the info I needed to reassure me. Can’t fault the property manager, very wary of using Vrbo again.
