Hidden away in the centre of Exeter, Southlands is a grand Georgian house converted into luxury apartments, with free allocated parking.
The apartment is quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance to the City Centre, University, Hospital and Cathedral. Just a short drive and you can explore Dartmoor and Exmoor National Park and the South West Coastline.
A perfect base for exploring and relaxing, fully equipped with WIFI and smart TV.
The apartment is spacious and light with an open plan kitchen, dining and living space, with a 50" Smart TV and WIFI included. The kitchen is fully equipped with a filter coffee machine, slow cooker, dishwasher and washer/dryer. A starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided. From the dining table, enjoy watching the chickens out the large window with your morning coffee!
The large bedroom has a king-sized bed with ample clothes storage. The original shutters create complete darkness. Bed linen and towels provided.
The modern bathroom has a large walk in shower and comes with complimentary mini toiletries.

My partner and I have just spent 3 nights in the apartment. It’s a really lovely property very spacious and comfortable and ideally placed for Exeter or exploring further afield in Devon. It’s accessed by outside steps which are slightly open but fine when you get used to them. Lucy the host is very helpful. I would recommend the apartment.
