The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with seating for four people, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and a TV, a utility with a freezer and washing machine, a sitting room with a TV and woodburning stove, and a conservatory. The bedrooms include a king-size and a twin, both with TVs, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a rear, enclosed garden with lawn, patio and furniture, a shared field, and off-road parking for two cars. Within 7.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 4.6 miles, a pub. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, however smoking is not permitted. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
