LEAMINGTON APARTMENTS. This is one of 5 stylish and contemporary, newly converted apartments. Located just a short 5 minute walk from the town centre and many of the main attractions such as the Winter Gardens, Blackpool Tower and the Promenade. The place is located on the edge of a residential area close to the centre of town, meaning it is an ideal location for families and friends to stay. This is truly the best base for you to explore Blackpool and all it has to offer.
The space
Located within a Grade II listed building the place has recently undergone a major refurbishment to create these unique apartments providing the highest level of comfort and modern touches while retaining many original features. The apartment has two double bedrooms, a large bathroom and sofa bed in the living area should you require the additional bed space. The living area is provided with a large smart TV where you can sit back and relax while accessing your Netflix and Amazon accounts. All kitchen amenities, cooking equipment and cutlery are provided during your stay, along with tea and coffee making facilities. We also provide full linen and bedding, including bath towels as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
The apartment is located a short walk from Blackpool North train station and there is long stay parking located just round the corner.

The apartment is only a 10 minute walk to the Blackpool tower,you are far enough away from the busy promenade so it’s nice and quiet.Natasha messaged back quickly whenever I asked her a question about anything,we asked if we could get in a bit earlier as we had our grandson with us and we managed to get in a couple of hours early which was great.
The apartment was clean and tidy and modern,would definitely stay again when we come down to Blackpool.

The property was excellent, It cannot be faulted, The flat was clean/tidy and had everything we needed for our stay, It was spacious and ideal for the 6 family members who stayed. We spoke during our stay and said if we return to Blackpool in future which we most likely will do we will definitely try book this flat again. The flat is close enough to the town centre, Only 10mins walk which was great. Overall a great flat in a great location.

Bathroom smelled badly of damp not sure if this has been noted previously, decoration of the apartment needs to be redone several small holes in the walls not covered up or repainted, could not open any of the windows in the apartment so surely this is a fire risk? Was not as clean as expected when we arrived I had the clean the kitchen surfaces under the table mats where this had clearly been missed, location is not great across from Salvation Army homeless shelter so there were a few disturbances and my daughter did not feel safe going out at night, overall I would say this is overpriced compared to other locations we have stayed in Blackpool for the same or less money. We will not be rebooking.
