Marco Island is a fantastic place to stay, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were spacious, and everything in the house was immaculate. I’ll definitely choose this place again. However, there was one thing that bothered me. They don’t have a digital keycard system. Instead, you have to pick up the key at a local office and drop it off like it’s the 1980s. So, if you’re staying here, make sure to come prepared for that. Additionally, they require you to sign an extra document from the Realtor’s office, which is something I’ve never experienced before. Despite these minor inconveniences, the house itself is very nice.

Big family room
Minnor issues:
Ants in the upstairs bathroom
Messy/ unkept closets and garage
Air conditioning not working in upstairs bedroom (two twin bedroom)
Chairs on upstairs balcony breaking
Toilet seat in our room broken (upstairs bedroom)
Bathroom door lock inoperable
Sliding door (upstairs) difficult to use
Very sloppy TV and internet wire routing in the downstairs bedroom. In the living room, it looked like someone used a hammer to make a hole for the TV wiring to go thru the wall
Not enough garbage cans
Refrigerator light and garbage disposal didn't work
First floor toilet didn't flush as intended
Mirror location in the bathrooms
No kitchen towels
Not enough bath towels
