Excellent house for the family. Kids loved the pool and it was heated, great for cooler days when we couldn’t make it out to the beach. Highly recommend it!

Good:
4th of July Fireworks for the balcony
Well stocked kitchen
Clean pool
Big family room
Minnor issues:
Ants in the upstairs bathroom
Messy/ unkept closets and garage
Air conditioning not working in upstairs bedroom (two twin bedroom)
Chairs on upstairs balcony breaking
Toilet seat in our room broken (upstairs bedroom)
Bathroom door lock inoperable
Sliding door (upstairs) difficult to use
Very sloppy TV and internet wire routing in the downstairs bedroom. In the living room, it looked like someone used a hammer to make a hole for the TV wiring to go thru the wall
Not enough garbage cans
Refrigerator light and garbage disposal didn't work
First floor toilet didn't flush as intended
Mirror location in the bathrooms
No kitchen towels
Not enough bath towels
