About this house rental
NOTE: Prior to Instant Booking, maximum capacity is 10 guests, including children. HOWEVER, only the number of guests stated at time of reservation are permitted. Owner not responsible for cancelation due to exceeding number of guests permitted.
You’ll fall in love with this incredible 4 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms home on a very nice neighborhood in Marco Island! Just 3 blocks from TigerTail Beach entrance and minutes to restaurants and shops. The space is very modern and airy, with high ceilings and upscale furniture. Heated pool, private dock, gas BBQ Grill and all the amenities you need to live a VIP island experience!
The Space:
The master bedroom has a comfy King size bed. Guests can access the pool from this bedroom and have a spa-inspired bathroom all to themselves. The junior suite has a queen bed and a huge shower. The other 2 bedrooms (one with a king size bed and the other with two double beds) share a bathroom. This main living room has a massive flat screen TV. The kitchen has been recently upgraded with everything guests need to feed their hungry families!
The private patio area is complete with plenty of sun loungers, an outdoor dining space and private access to the poolside bathroom. The spa spills over into the private heated pool and the whole area overlooks the private boat docks and canal. There is a BBQ on the pool deck as well.
This gorgeous vacation home is the definition of luxury waterfront living. Located walking distance to the beach and packed with amenities for ultimate comfort and convenience (bicycles, beach chairs, beach wagon cart, paddleboards and kayaks). This stunning home is the perfect addition to a VIP style island vacation.

Property is beautiful. Screen enclosure on pool is torn down on a panel way up at the top. Listing showed 2 bedrooms had king beds but in fact, there is only one. Very clean.

Beautiful home in an amazing neighborhood. The home was just as advertised. Clean, well maintained and stocked with equipment. Our host was attentive and the check in check out process was easy. Only very minor issues were that we didn’t know the pool guy was coming so that was a bit startling at first, and the spa jets don’t turn on, but again those were very minimal. I would absolutely stay at this property again. Thank you for making our birthday trip an incredible experience.

The location is great! Easy walk to the beach! Host left an easy to follow instruction book and 2 bottles of wine :) The house has a few issues - The sliding door to the kitchen is very difficult to open/close, needs to be replaced. Not enough plates/silverware for 10 people if you have any utensils in the dishwasher; only 2 hand towels for the kitchen. Air conditioner went out for several hours, property manager was able to fixDoor handle to the garage broke so we were unable to access our food/beverage/bait in the garage refrigerator. Property manager did fix but we needed to replace the items stored in the refrigerator since we left on a fishing excursion before they arrived to fix the handle.
