This 4-bedroom, 3-bath heated-pool home is built for multigenerational groups: a separate en-suite guest room works perfectly for grandparents or a second family, the kitchen is fully stocked for feeding a hungry crew, and kayaks, paddleboards, and bikes are included for every generation to get out on the water.
*The Space:
A modern, spacious canal-front home three blocks from Tigertail Beach, with a heated pool, private boat dock, and gas grill. Sit by the dock with your coffee or a glass of wine and watch fish jump — dolphins and manatees pass by often.
*Sleeping Arrangements:
-Primary Suite: King bed, en-suite bath with glass shower and soaking tub, dual vanities, walk-in closet, direct pool access.
-Guest Suite 1: King bed, shares full bath with Guest Suite 2, pool access.
-Guest Suite 2: Two full beds, shares full bath with guest suite 1, pool access.
-In-Law Suite: Queen bed, private en-suite bath, set apart in its own hallway away from the main bedrooms — ideal for grandparents or a second family traveling together.

This was a great location and perfect for a family trip! We loved having the pool, hot tub and dock! It was walking distance to the beach and quiet even during spring break time. There were lots of fun places to eat and shop close by. We did have issues with the pool and hot tub most of the week - it didn't heat or got WAY to hot where we couldnt go in it. People were sent to fix it but wasn't quite right all week. I am a clean freak... the place it self wasn't too bad but the furniture was very dirty with stains for the price we paid. There were also some things missing that were listed. We had to go buy some basic things. Overall it was a fun place and we made great memories!

The location is great! Easy walk to the beach! Host left an easy to follow instruction book and 2 bottles of wine :) The house has a few issues - The sliding door to the kitchen is very difficult to open/close, needs to be replaced. Not enough plates/silverware for 10 people if you have any utensils in the dishwasher; only 2 hand towels for the kitchen. Air conditioner went out for several hours, property manager was able to fixDoor handle to the garage broke so we were unable to access our food/beverage/bait in the garage refrigerator. Property manager did fix but we needed to replace the items stored in the refrigerator since we left on a fishing excursion before they arrived to fix the handle.
