This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is located in the popular Bradley on the Bay community! Enjoy access to an outdoor pool and boat docks available for rent. Conveniently situated just a few blocks from the Convention Center and directly across the street from the iconic Coconuts, where you can enjoy food and drinks right on the beach. The condo includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, free Wi-Fi, 3 smart TVs with basic cable, 1 DVD player, and central air conditioning. Accommodates up to 6 guests. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.

Great community and nice unit. About 10-ish blocks north of boardwalk, but easy bike ride down to boardwalk attractions. Stayed outside of peak season. Great size for two college buds but would likely be comfortable for a family of 4-6. Very close to property management company who provides keys and check in/out instructions. It’s not a super fancy fancy spot but was exactly what we needed, as we were in town for a weekend long concert. Two full baths were great to have!

Everything at the property was old, dated, or missing. The carpet and floors were dirty. The drawers were dirty inside. We also found dirty silverware in the drawers. None of the knives were sharp. There was no dust pan for the broom. We had to provide our linens and towels or rent them. We had to provide our soaps and paper products. The ceiling was falling apart in the main bathroom, and the tub was cracked. Everything was ancient and dated. The check-in process with the management team was easy, but they should have a lockbox or keypad lock. The washer and dryer broke during our stay. The management team was fast to handle, but the dryer never dried anything quickly. We had to do a lot at check out. We spent hours washing bedspreads, washing all dishes and putting them away, and taking out trash per the management team's request.
