Sitting just one building back from the dunes, Sea Place is conveniently located ocean block on 36th street, making it a great spot for your beach vacation. This one bedroom, one bath condo is nicely updated with vinyl flooring, modern furniture, and a fully equipped kitchen. The south facing ground level balcony gives you a suitable space to relax, listen to the waves and breathe in that wonderful salty air! Accommodating up to six guests, there is a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom and two futons in the living area. Not only is this condo close to the beach, but you're close to Coconuts Beach Bar & Grill, Barn 34 and more, plus you're less than 10 blocks away from Jolly Roger Water and Amusement Park and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk!
Guests must supply all sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Note this condo does not have washer and dryer.
This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season.

The place was cute. It was small but I expected that. What I didn’t expect was to find mildew and mold in the bathroom. Every other part of the house was clean, but the bathroom needs a deep clean. It would also be helpful if there was a broom for the inevitable sand on floors. Place has a lot of potential. Bed was comfortable, living area was nice, kitchen was stocked….just please clean that tub and change the shower liner.

This property is conveniently located 1 block from CoConuts. It has great beach access and is a perfect spot for anyone who surfs. It is located close to Jolly Rogers and other food spots that are highly rated in OC. The neighborhood was quiet. The management company was fantastic about everything.
I was there for an extended stay to relocate. The area was perfect but the over cleanliness was ok. There was hair on the floor when we arrived and the bedroom had that damp smell that is pretty normal for OC. I did clean 3 times including mopping. It was not good for laundry, as there is no washer but I knew that. The dishes are limited but it worked! Overall a great little place that is in the process of being updated and a terrific location. I would stay again definitely.

If you know OC, you know staying near coconuts is never a bad thing. Awesome location and perfect space for my husband and I. All the kitchen utensils you will need for the week.

The property was mostly as described. I had never stayed somewhere that didn't provide linens but that was fine too. It was a smidgen disappointing to not have a started toilet paper roll after traveling 10+ hours or even a bath mat for the bathroom. Other than that it provided my friend and I a decent clean place to sleep while in town. It was easy to get out and catch a lyft or public transportation. There is a fun little bar that had live music within walking distance, Coconuts I believe. That was fun! We were also a short little walk to the beach which is always a bonus!! Directions for checkout should definitely be clearer or keyless! I would stay again.
