The condo itself has everything one would need for a few night's or week's stay including a north facing balcony with a view of the bay, living room with a mounted TV with DirectTV service plus internet access, fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, and washer and dryer. Factor in all of the wonderful amenities offered by the building and the stage is set for a great vacation! The building has two elevators serving all floors, an indoor pool with doors that are opened on good weather days to an outside deck, a ground floor lounge with free internet access, fitness center with an adjacent sauna and a billiards room. Conveniently located, the Convention Center is next door, plus a number of great restaurants are within walking distance and the beach is just a block away.
Accommodating up to six guests, the bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, a queen in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. This property rents with Thursday and Sunday check-in/check-out in season and any 3 nights off season.
