About this apartment rental
****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
This condo features a full kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. You'll have plenty of room to enjoy meals with bar seating and a dinner table. There are TVs in every room, wireless internet and a washer and dryer. Comfortable outside seating is perfect for enjoying those cool summer breezes. In the living room is a queen size sleeper sofa, the main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a pyramid bunk that has a double on the bottom and a twin on top. You will have access to the heated indoor pool, sauna, fitness center and even a championship billiards room.
This unit is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 blocks), Convention Center (2 blocks) and Secrets (7 blocks). You also love only having to walk two streets to the 45th shopping center where you will enjoy some great restaurants and beautiful bay views. The Makai is strategically located to many other great restaurants/bars, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more!

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided. Trailers allowed during special events with prior registration. Only trailers that fit in one parking space permitted on the Makai parking lot.
* The indoor pool, billiards room and sauna are open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 43rd street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

My wife and I brought our 14 year old down for 5 days. Good location. Nice restaurants close by. Beach is 2 blocks away across the highway.

We arrived late on our night of checkin to find a place that was disgusting - hadn’t been cleaned. Property manager was very responsive and offered to send a cleaner but that wasn’t feasible with two small kids that needed to go to bed. I spent 1.5 hours scrubbing the entire place. Stains all over the unit- couches- carpets - recliner. Light bulbs burnt out everywhere. Shower handle was not attached- kept falling off. It just doesn’t seem as though anyone is keeping up on routine maintenance. It could be a super cute place if given some TLC.
