About this apartment rental
****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.
You are going to want to stay here! This nicely furnished 2 BR 2 BA unit has everything you need for a fantastic vacation. The bedrooms have a queen, double and 2 twin beds. You'll enjoy TVs in every room, a washer & dryer along with a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops! From your balcony you will enjoy the cool summer breezes as you watch the people go by. Best of all, this building has some incredible amenities. You will have access to the heated indoor pool, sauna, fitness center and two championship billiard tables.
This unit is conveniently located to the beach (1.5 blocks), Convention center (2 blocks) and Seacrets (3 blocks). You are also strategically located to enjoy numerous restaurants, the world-famous boardwalk, Jolly Roger's Amusement Park, miniature golf and much more! During car and bike events, trailer parking is available for an additional charge.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* The pool is not open year-round and closes after Labor Day.
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. There is an elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided. Trailers allowed during special events with prior registration. Only trailers that fit in one parking space permitted on the Makai parking lot.
* The indoor pool, billiards room and sauna are open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 43rd street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TVs can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 6 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Beautiful property, good location. The only problem was the temperature inside the unit. It read 73 but always felt humid. The only time it was comfortable was late in the evening and early in the morning. It was cooler in the hallway. Thankful for the ceiling fans. And the weather was upper 70s and overcast. So it wasn't due to extreme heat outside.

Enjoyed the condo and the location. luckily we brought more toilet paper as the starter roll is whatever was left from the people before. The chlorine in the pool was overwhelming. The couch has seen it's better days. Otherwise we enjoyed our time and were comfortable in the unit. Just a note you do have to make and undue your own beds and clean up and take out garbage. Feels like home :)

Perfect location. Clean unit. 2 full bathrooms. Easy walk to beach. Restaurants/Bars including Seacrets all in walking distance. Perfect condo for 2 couples, friends, or a family of 4 or 5. Washer/Dryer in unit came in handy to keep pool/beachwear clean. Billiard room, Fitness center, and indoor pool was a plus. The Host was very receptive, and answered all questions prior to our trip. The check in process, and keyless entry was a breeze. I would highly recommend this unit.

Well maintained. Quick walk to beach (2 blocks including cross over street at the traffic light). Back of property/pool has beautiful bay view. Would rent again.
