About this apartment rental
If you are looking for the perfect location for a family beach week, or a place to stay while you attend an event at the convention center, you’ve found it. Our condo is located on the beach block of 41st street. A perfect day here looks like coffee and breakfast on the balcony, spending the morning by the ocean, lunch either on the beach or back at the condo, mini golf and then dinner at one of the great restaurants within walking distance.
Some things to know:
1 .This is a 3rd floor walk-up (no elevator) w/1 parking space. Additional public, non-metered parking is available.
2. This is a no smoking or vaping unit.
3. We love animals, but unfortunately, condo rules do not allow pets.
4. Please be considerate of neighbors.
5. While we provide sheets, please bring your own bath and beach towels.
6. There are additional condo rules/policies posted on the stairs.

Had a quick trip planned at the last minute. Lucky to find this gem less than one block from ocean front !
Vrbo photos and info were all accurate and fast and easy communication with the owner was a definite plus.
All amenities worked great and do not let the 3rd fl walk up scare you. They are easy walk ups even with groceries. Small but ocean side front balcony was a nice add on and about 2 minute walk to the beach was very nice to come back and forth for bathroom trips and to load the dryer to save time later.
Location was in the mid city and close to many places.
I have been coming to OCMD for 30yrs with a bigger family most of times, This time and few other were just us four and have stayed at several diff locations referred by realty agencies will repeat to stay here.
Vrbo process was so easy like just booking a hotel but with more amenities and comfort.
