Thunder Island 106C is a first floor 2BR, 2BA condo in Thunder Island at 39th street. Great bayfront location that is steps from the Convention Center and just a short walk to the beach, shops and more. Outdoor pool. Two parking spaces. Boat slips are available for a fee on a first come, first serve basis. Contact the Thunder Island Harbor Master at 410-723-3900 for further details. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. This unit can occupy 7. Bed sizes include 1 king,1 double, 1 single and a queen sleep sofa. Guests provide sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Please note WIFI is not supplied with this property.
Non-smoking Non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

We had to call the agency as the shower and kitchen sink were filling up with drainage issue. I called and they were out to resolve within hours.

The location of this condo is fantastic and having first floor unit made it very easy to load and unload all of our travel and fishing gear. Thunder Island is a wonderful community. The pool is right on the bay and the docks for keeping a boat are in excellent shape. The grounds are well maintained and very clean.
However, I will say I was disappointed with how old some of the furnishings were in the unit..The pictures online definitely were bright and cheerful. When I walked in and saw the unit, my heart sank a little. The sofa and loveseat looked dingy and very worn. The gray chair had scratch marks all over it, almost as if a cat had been using it as a scratch pad. It's clear the unit is getting high volume with renters and it shows. So let the buyer beware...pictures are misleading.
