Newly built Condo, professionally decorated 3 bedroom, 3 Bath Condo with 2 car parking perfectly located on the bay side of 46th St in Midtown, Ocean City just one block from the beach. Within walking distance are some of Ocean city's best restaurants/bars (Red red Win Bar, 45th st Tap House Bar and Grill, Seacrets Night Club), mini golf, shopping, and watersports (waterskiing, paddle boarding). As you enter into the Private secured building with elevator your condo will be on the 3rd floor. The first bedroom has two full sized beds, the second bedroom offers 2 full sized beds a private bath, and the third bedroom a full on full bunk bed with a pull out trundle. You will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertop, a spacious living room (queen sleeper sofa) and balcony that will be perfect for your next gathering.

***Landlord DOES NOT supply bed linens and towels. Rental services are available through a 3rd party, a list of companies that rent linens and towels will be provided once the reservation is made. Pillows and blankets ARE supplied.***
We provide an ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 rolls/bath), paper towel (1 roll/stay), dishwasher pods (3/stay), and laundry detergent (3 cube/stay). Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we DO NOT replenish items if they run out.
***No loud parties, noise that disturbs other neighbors will be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction with no refund of security deposit or unused rent.***

The host was very responsive and welcoming. The condo is so spacious and well decorated. Everything was comfortable and we enjoyed the beautiful windows and large kitchen and living area. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Thank you. We will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is there was an indoor pool in the listing description in three spots and there wasn’t one.
