We welcome you to stay at our beautiful brand new build townhouse. Come and enjoy this oasis, this 3 BR 3.5 BA home is in the heart of Ocean City MD, minutes from the beach, and located steps away from Ocean City most popular attraction, The BOARDWALK. There is everything you will need for a large group to retreat (fully equipped kitchen). Professionally decorated with high end appliances and furnitures, this house will surely meets your every need for your next getaway. This Spacious house has 2 large balconies, 2 car parking plus community and street parking and outdoor pool.

We provide an ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 rolls/bath), paper towel (1 roll/stay), dishwasher pods (3/stay), and laundry detergent (3 cube/stay). Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we DO NOT replenish items if they run out.
***No loud parties, noise that disturbs other neighbors will be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction with no refund of security deposit or unused rent.***
***PER OCEAN CITY FIRE ORDINANCE, NO FORM OF GRILLING/OPEN FLAME IS ALLOWED WITHIN 20 FT WITHIN THE DEVELOPMENT***
