We provide an ADEQUATE supply of toiletries such as toilet paper (1 rolls/bath), paper towel (1 roll/stay), dishwasher pods (3/stay), and laundry detergent (3 cube/stay). Please use sparingly or feel free to bring your own as we DO NOT replenish items if they run out.
***No loud parties, noise that disturbs other neighbors will be tolerated and will result in immediate eviction with no refund of security deposit or unused rent.***

My husband and I stayed here for a few days; overall the place was nice; there were stains on the carpet and the walls were pretty marked up but overall it was a nice place to stay; we thought there was cable tv as per the listing but apparently its only roku streaming services and apps. just an FYI for anyone looking for that. The owner was very nice and responsive and communicated with us and was very accomodating. Would stay here again. Only a few blocks to the beach.
