Welcome to Beach Paradise 8 at Captain View Village! Newly renovated, spacious and beautifully furnished 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 3 levels, luxury townhouse with garage. The community is located in prime downtown location, 1 block across from the bay, 5 minutes walk from the beach and Ocean City's famous BOARDWALK.

The first floor offers a spacious 2-cars garage leading to the 1st bedroom with a queen bed and twin trundle - sleep 3, and an attached full bath.
On the second floor, you can enjoy a wide-open floor plan that includes a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, half bath, dining area and a living room with high-end furniture including a day bed with trundle to accommodate the whole family.
On the 3rd floor, you will find 3 very spacious bedrooms. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom has a queen bed with a full pullout trundle that can sleep 4 each room. The master bedroom has a King bed with 2 twin pullout trundle, sleep 4 and attached full bath. There is another full bath in the hall.
Our unit is equipped with the following amenities: 2 central air conditioning, 2-cars parking garage and 1 assigned parking spot, complimentary high-speed internet WiFi, full-size washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker (both Keurig and pour-over coffee pot), blender, toaster, oven, stove, dishwasher. Our smart TV in every room with Xfinity cable and streaming service including Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney Plus, HBO Max, etc., game console system, books, and family board games will surely keep the whole family entertained!
Whether it be a celebration of special occasions, or just a simple weekend getaway; come stay at one of our BEACH PARADISES and let it be your HOME AWAY from home!

*** This property has two cameras that records the front door and outside garage door. It will be on at all times, but there are no cameras inside the house.

2) Beach Bundle: $75/stay for one 10x10 beach canopy, 5 beach chairs, and 1 beach wagon to effortlessly carry all your beach belongings/accessories (damages or lost items will be charged if not reported upon check-in)

Beautiful home and exactly as listed. Very clean. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. The location was perfect making our morning walks to the boardwalk and beach in 5 minutes. We had an amazing stay. Thank you for sharing your beach home!

Stunning property, very spacious and clean. The bright and airy vibe made our stay very enjoyable. I would definitely rebook here. From beginning to end the owner was very accommodating and clear. It was a smooth process.

This property should be listed for tall people. The balcony seating, dining table & chairs, and even the kitchen cabinet height were all for extra tall people. The doors all screeched eerily until we used WD40 on them. The bathtub wouldn't hold water until we took it apart and got it to close the drain. There is also a step between the dining area and kitchen. We knicknamed it "Killer" after the 3rd fall we took. The worst part was the dishwasher witch was extremely noisy and didn't really clean the dishes. However, this property was decorated nicely.
