property location and spacious comfort was great.

The house was not fancy, but well-equipped. It was great to be right on the beach -- and there were chairs to use on the decks and balconies, two Adirondacks right in front on the beach. All systems worked well. The location right across from the Convention Center was very good, so we could go back and forth from our event.
We were a little confused about the linen package,, where it would be, if towels would be included (they were).

The location! It was amazing to walk out to the HUGE deck to see and hear the ocean. Walk down the deck steps to sand over the dunes to the ocean. The best part was that the house was so imperfect we're didn't have to worry about it.
The TV was ok. The rugs were ok. Having two full refrigerators was great! Everything else was older. The kitchen The bathrooms are the old blue, pink, green kind from 70's. The tubs needed better cleaning.
