About this apartment rental
The condo has 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds and a full bed) and 2 full baths. There is also a queen-sized pull-out sofa. The unit is oceanside, so no need to cross any streets to reach the beach. You are literally 50 feet from the sand. The entire unit flooring consists of hardwood, tile, or marble. The kitchen was completely remodeled including new oak cabinets and tile countertops with all necessary appliances (some appliances were not updated but were still modern). There is a brand-new washer and dryer within the unit. You will see the view from the private front balcony as well as the living room is truly breathtaking regardless of the time of day. There is one guaranteed parking spot with the unit along with free street parking right in front of the unit. Linens, towels, personal pillows, and all paper products must be provided by the renter. We are accepting weekly or monthly rentals only during the peak season. Outside of July or August, we can discuss a cost-per-night stay if desired. Discounts are applied for multiple weeks rented. We arrange for a cleaning service upon checkout. Sorry, no high school or college seniors are accepted.

A new larger flat screen was installed in the living room as well. The master bathroom was completely remodeled to include marble flooring and a walk-in shower. A new refrigerator, a new Air Conditioner, and new living room furniture have all recently been installed.

We had a great stay during Oceans Calling! Really enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony in the mornings with an excellent view of the ocean. The condo was perfect for our needs, spacious, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Thank you, Kevin!

We enjoyed our stay in your condo. However I was not aware when booking that we were up 2 flights of stairs and at 61 and 75, having to bring all of our linens it took several trips to get it all up there. Before we finalized the booking, another couple was supposed to be with us, they would have had to turn around and go home because of the stairs. We just think it should have been mentioned in the condo's description that its on the second floor and there are no elevators. The outlet next to the stove that the microwave is plugged into is sketchy, and in need of repair. Also, paying 125 housekeeping fee and being expected to leave the place spotless doesnt make sense to us. We have never stayed in a place before where you couldn't leave clean dishes in the dishwasher. That being said, we thank you for allowing us to stay. The neighborhood is very nice too. We appreciated Kevin's quick responses.

When we arrived at the property after a 6-hour drive, the place was filthy. Dirty dishes in the sink, dirty floors, filthy covers on the beds, filthy disgusting toilets. Several attempts to contact the host were not successful. However, out of the blue a half hour later the cleaners showed up saying they were running late. I find that hard to believe. I think the host got my messages and called them. Then the key to the outdoor shower was missing. Host said he would drop off another key - never happened. I have several photos to send you but I left my phone home by mistake so I'll send them tomorrow. I was very disappointed with this trip and will not be returning to this property.
