On the grounds, you'll have access to an elevated outdoor swimming pool overlooking the ocean. In this convenient part of Ocean City (35th Street), not only will you enjoy direct access to the beach - you'll be within blocks of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, popular restaurants, casual eateries, bustling nightlife, and all sorts of great shops and conveniences. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

You can’t beat the view and beach access. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. A few things could be updated but overall it is a great place to stay and we didn’t have any issues. There are beach chairs, but bring your own umbrella!

This is our 3rd year renting this condo.
Positives: location - walkable to several great restaurants, excellent ocean view, easy beach access, condo is a good size, kitchen equipped well.
Not so good - the condition of the condo has deteriorated - sofa is filthy - I had to cover it to sit on it, chairs look worn. Some cleaning issues when we arrived which were addressed. Wi-fi very weak.
