Step inside to find an air-conditioned living space with a fully appointed kitchen (with a dishwasher), a living room with a flatscreen TV, free WiFi throughout the condo, and a private washer/dryer for your bathing suits and beach towels. On the grounds, you'll have access to an elevated outdoor swimming pool overlooking the ocean. In this convenient part of Ocean City (35th Street), not only will you enjoy direct access to the beach - you'll be within blocks of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk, popular restaurants, casual eateries, bustling nightlife, and all sorts of great shops and conveniences. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking allowed Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

We were in Ocean City celebrating my 72nd birthday with a relaxing stay at your condo. If I had one criticism it would be that we didn't get any washcloths included with hand and bath towels.

Great location, close to restaurants n bars. The unit was as described. Appliances all worked well and were newer. Master bed was very comfortable. No complaints at all. Definitely would stay here again.

Master bedroom mattress was restful. Unit was spacious enough, it had a spacious beach area, and fabulous view from the balcony. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, although there was a limited number of chairs and lounges. I'd stay all summer here if I could!!
