Spanning three floors of stylish living space, this home offers plenty of room to spread out. The first floor features a private suite including a foosball table, direct access to the pool area, and an en suite bathroom.
On the second floor, enjoy an open-concept living room, dining area, and well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Enjoy dining alfresco on the covered deck and sipping crisp drinks in an Adirondack chair. Another suite is located on this floor and includes a private balcony overlooking the pool area and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower.
The ocean-view suite includes an en suite bathroom and ocean-view private deck. While another has a private balcony with views of the pool and a second bedroom featuring bunk beds.
The home is ready to make families' vacations easier offering three Pack ‘n Plays, a highchair, and toys. For added convenience, there is free WiFi perfect for streaming, central air-conditioning to keep you cool, and a private washer/dryer to refresh and head out for another day of beach adventures. Electric vehicle owners will be happy to know this vacation house is also EV-ready with a NEMA 14-50 charger plug in the garage.

We came to town for our daughter’s graduation from UNCW. The house was nicely appointed and the location was perfect! We really liked that there were 2 master bedrooms, and that all the bedrooms and baths were evenly spread across all 3 floors. The layout gave our family of 6 people plenty of space and separation to keep from feeling like we were on top of each other. We would definitely stay here again!

It's right across the street from the beach so very easy beach access and withing walking distance of Kure pier which has some restaurants. The house was great for our needs...we cooked breakfast each morning and made dinner in the house one night and we everything we needed was provided. We were curious as to how many beach chairs they had, so for future renters...we saw two beach chairs because for us that was a big question in whether we should have packed some for our group. We found the house clean and up to date and very comfortable.

We loved our stay at this home! VERY KID FRIENDLY. Kids enjoyed the pool, walking distance to beach, aquarium less than 10 minute drive. Home was clean and we had a blast!

Nice property, convenient to beach and a large group.
Grilll is not in the best of shape but functions.
Beach chairs are rusty and tattered, so either replace or don't advertise you have them
