Overall positive experience. Quiet uncrowded beach, friendly neighbors and businesses. Only negative was that check in at 4pm, we arrived after 4pm and cleaning crew pulled in behind us.
So we stayed on porch while they did the cleaning, evidently problem with regular scheduled crew.

We booked this property for my daughters graduation from UNCW. It provided sleeping accommodations for all of my family. It would be nice to have bathing options on the main floor for my 80 year old parents. Stair climbing was a little difficult. Overall it was a great place with lots of space and room to spread out. The porch, swing and outdoor eating area were our favorite places to hangout.
