Beautiful home away from home retreat, private beach access and pet friendly!

Complete your memorable vacation at Serendipity by the Sea when you stay in our family's beautiful vacation home filled with lots of love. Leave refreshed for the coming year. Our family makes many memories here throughout the year so it is very beautful but very lived in with a family atmosphere. We would love to share it with you to make your own family memories.

This is a gorgeous beach house 2 blocks from the ocean. This home is in an established safe neighborhood with a HOA. The owners know their neighbors well and most are full time residence. It has a private beach access and oceanfront gazebo with private bathroom facilities.

The home has all that you need for a great stay with absolutely gorgeous view from 4 decks surrounding the house. This provides a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy beautiful views in the morning and evening. The bottom floor has a workout area in the garage.

This entrance floor has three bedrooms including the Master bedroom that is designed with relaxation in mind. This Master bedroom has it's own private flat screen TV and access to a balcony that overlooks a gorgeous landscape of palms. This bedroom also has a beautifully tiled private bathroom with garden tub and separate shower with a pebble stone floor.

Across the hallway, there are 2 bedrooms with also a beautifully tiled jack and jill bathroom with a tub and shower. One room has a queen sized bed and the other room has a Twin over full bunk bed with also a twin mattress that pulls out underneath. Both of these rooms have hallway access to the large deck on the back of the house. Washer/Dryer are also located on this floor.

From the front entrance, you will take the steep stairs up but it takes you to the gorgeous upper level that is surrounded by large windows and amazing views. The Grandparents Suite is located on top floor with it's own beautifully tiled private bathroom with a standup shower.

On this top floor, you will find yourself spending the majority of your time. This floor has a gorgeous kitchen equipped with modern appliances, granite counter tops, and gorgeous hardwood floors throughout. Making a meal for friends and family could not be any more enjoyable in this fully equipped large kitchen with a large island and plenty of spices in the Lazy Susan. You can also enjoy a sit down formal meal in the adjacent and open concept dining room.

All balconies have comfortable furniture to relax and enjoy your time here at Serendipity by the Sea at Kure Beach. If you do need to be in contact with work or just want to pursue the internet for information about Kure Beach, the house is equipped with Wi-Fi and YouTube TV. The house is in walking distance to restaurants, the Kure Beach boardwalk, KB Fishing Pier, coffee shop, gift shop, surfing, paddleboarding, gas station, park, dog park, frisbee golf course and tennis courts. The home is also just a short 10 minute drive to Fort Fisher State Park, NC State Aquarium, Southport Ferry and Carolina Beach boardwalk.

Our neighbors are mostly year round residence so we ask you read over the HOA rules we are requried to give all renters. Please ask owner for a copy if you are unable to locate on VRBO site.

There is no other way to enjoy a vacation with family and friends than to stay at Serendipity by the Sea.
