-This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME (up to 40 pounds): A non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. The Pet Fee is $350 for 2 dogs. Contact us regarding dog rules at the beach.
-Maximum Occupancy: 12 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
-No events or parties. If it is determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.
-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
-No uninvited guests without permission.

Our stay at pirate Queens was phenomenal! The house was clean and ready for us earlier than we expected, which was great because we were in town and ready to get our vacation started! The host was extremely responsive and resolved our minor issues promptly and efficiently (I couldn’t find the plunger and we needed a new dust pan 😊).
Will absolutely be staying here again next year given our dates are available!

Pirate Queens is a fantastic beach house with all the amenities you could ask for. The living areas were spacious, and the bedrooms were cozy. The short walk to the beach made our stay convenient and enjoyable. We would love to come back!

Our family, ranging from toddlers to grandparents, had a fantastic time at Pirate Queens. The elevator was a huge help for the older family members, and the kids loved the nearby beach and attractions. The house was spacious, clean, and had all the comforts of home. We highly recommend it for multigenerational vacations.

Positive:- close to the beach access- loved the boardwalk and pier - bedroom and restroom numbers were perfect for our big family - top deck for viewing ocean was amazingNegative:- small amount/selection of dishes - king sized bed on second level is very uncomfortable because it is sitting on cinder blocks and two by fours - two of the restrooms were not very clean, especially in the showers - lots of sand in the floors and on stairs upon arrival - dryer took 4 hours to dry one load- one towel and washcloth per person was difficult, especially with the dryer issue- closets are locked and therefore not able to be used, except in the master on the second floor- not a lot of places to fish unless you go to the pier- one sheet and one thin bedspread on the beds was a little chilly at night- top deck had a broken plastic chair and was unable to be used. Thankfully there was other furniture, if you were not wet- second deck had no furniture at all
