-This is a DOG FRIENDLY HOME: A non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 will be added to your rental if you choose to bring your dog. The Pet Fee is $350 for 2 dogs. Contact us regarding dog rules at the beach.
-Maximum Occupancy: 12 Occupants - Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
-Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.
-Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
-Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
-No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund.
-If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
-No uninvited guests without permission.
-Security Alert: Please note that there are 3 Surveillance Cameras located on the exterior of the home. These cameras will not be activated during your stay. Although the cameras may be used to confirm arrival and departure of guests and will be activated once guests depart.

The house fit our family very well and the location was lovely. The porches were great, the kitchen was very open and worked well for cooking our Thanksgiving meal, the beds were very comfortable and the outdoor shower was great. The outdoor shower could use a good overhead light as you could not see well out there after dark. A few things to address would be the functioning of the dishwasher as it did not wash the dishes well. Also, the dryer needs an extensive cleaning of the interior for lint build up. The floors had not been vacuumed very well as there was lots of pet hairs on the floors and baseboards. I would recommend this house to a family of 6 adults and 3 kids!!!

Property was clean (a big thing for me) and was just as described in the listing. Plenty of plates, bowls, silverware in the kitchen as well as a good coffee pot, and things to cook with. We cooked most nights. We enjoyed the screened in porch, the big table for playing games. The house was roomy and the furniture was nice. It was also nice to be on a quiet street as we had dogs and didn't have to worry about being right on the main road if a dog accidentally ran out the door.

The house is beautiful and very accommodating for 5 adults, a baby and a dog. All of the decks off the rooms were so lovely in the mornings. We had a small issue with the AC not working downstairs and they had someone come to fix it within the hour which was much appreciated! Outdoor shower was perfect after a day at the beach, which is a five minute walk from the house. We liked that this area is pretty quiet and peaceful and then the boardwalk and activities at Carolina Beach are just a quick drive down the road. Lots of good restaurants there. Honestly couldn’t ask for more! We’ll definitely be back next year!
