Walk to the beach or explore nearby attractions & restaurants. It has 4 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa, accommodating up to 11 guests, which makes it a great space for families or groups.

•This is a non-smoking unit
•Pets are not allowed at this property
•Please be aware of the cancellation policy
•Must be 25 years old to reserve this home
•Maximum occupancy: 11
(Children must be counted with the maximum occupancy unless they are under age 3 and sleeping in a crib/pack in play or toddler bed.)
•Manager and owner of rental property are not responsible for any citations received during your stay
•Be mindful and respect the home and its contents because it is someone’s home. Please show respect to the neighbors and the entire Maverick’s Surfside neighborhood.
•No events or parties on property
(If determined that a party happened at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given)
(Additionally, if determined that a party took place any night the property is reserved, the reserved guests will be responsible to pay a $500 fine, no exceptions.)
Damage
•Guests will be responsible for any damages to the rental property caused by them or their party during their stay.

Overall, our group of 7 had a fantastic stay at this townhome. We all got a bedroom so no one had to sleep on the couch. And no one had to wait long for a bathroom as we really only had to share with one other person which was nice. The townhome felt new and clean and was very cute. We loved the decor chosen. The beds were comfortable though some a little firm. The bedroom on the first floor did get cooler than the other floors so just fyi. We had enough towels and other items that were provided for. The elevator was nice to haul coolers and groceries between floors as the kitchen and main living areas are on the 3rd floor. The view from the 3rd floor balcony was great. I enjoyed sitting outside every now and then when it wasn't too humid. You can see a little bit of the ocean but mostly the pretty houses on the street and the palm trees which was still nice. We appreciated the beach tent and chairs that were in the garage, they came in handy. The easy access to the beach makes this property an incredible value. We simply crossed the road and over a small wooden bridge and we were on the sand so you can go to the beach at any time! The location was an easy drive to Carolina boardwalk and the riverwalk in town. I would absolutely stay here again.
