Enjoy the stunning ocean view right across the street from your living room deck and your primary bedroom deck. Cross the street with your beach toys and walk only two houses down to beach access as many times a day as you want: it's so close! Cocktails out? Jack Mackerels is only a 6-minute walk! Enjoy all of the local restaurants, arts and crafts festivals, and pier fishing that Kure Beach has to offer at the Pier, only a short 1/3 mile walk from our house. Bring your corn hole and frisbees to play in our grassy backyard, and watch your shows and sports on our oversized TV on rainy days. We just completed a full remodel of our kitchen, living, and dining room so you can relax in comfort and luxury. Ultra-comfort mattresses and plenty of space between bedrooms ensure a deeply satisfying night's sleep for everyone.
The perfect home for two families to share! Come together for group meals in the main level open living area. Then, retire to your own family sleeping level for more privacy. 4-6 guests can sleep on the top floor, and up to 7 can sleep on the lower level. And, each family has their own breakfast or late-night kitchen!

Parking pad and gravel spot for four cars, size dependent. Outdoor patio seating vignette. Grassy backyard.
Guest Bedroom 1 with Queen bed and television in the room.
Full hallway bathroom shared with the second bedroom.
Guest Bedroom 2 with Full-size bed with Twin trundle, a supplemental twin bed, and TV.
Kitchenette with two burner induction cooktop and microwave, full-size stainless refrigerator, and dishwasher. Farmhouse table seating 4.
-Downstairs Unit does not have an HVAC-designated thermostat. Room temperature is maintained at a comfortable temperature by the upstairs thermostat.
-The kitchenette in the lower unit has an Induction Cooktop. Pots and pans provided for the lower unit Must Remain downstairs. Pots and pans from the upstairs unit will Not Work in the downstairs kitchen.
Level 2:
Formal dining room table with eight seats plus a high chair for baby. Dining room balcony overlooks the backyard and neighborhood.
Newly remodeled open concept, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with shiplap detailing and high-end appliances.
Living room with sectional sofa and huge 85” High-Definition TV. Wide covered porch with ocean view.
Level 3:
Guest Bedroom 4 with Queen bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower/ tub combination.
Primary Bedroom Suite with King bed, TV, Ensuite bathroom with a gorgeous marble shower, and a private balcony with generous ocean view.
Two extra cots in closets: sheets are not automatically provided, please order extras if you want to use our linen service for cots.
Parking: Three vehicles (size dependent). No parking on the grass.
Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.
Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.
Things to bring:
Paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early or plan to delay your departure.

Pet Policy:

We want to make sure you’re aware of our cancellation policy. If you cancel when your arrival date is more than 60 days away, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel when your arrival date is less than 60 days away, you will forfeit your deposit.

Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famous Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. This house is perfect. The separate area downstairs made it a perfect house for 2 families. The walk to the beach was so quick and easy! This was exactly what we were looking for. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a week away from home.
