Everything was exactly how it was presented online. The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom was perfect for the 4 of us. It was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and stocked with everything you needed to cook with. We enjoyed the place so much and the hosts were exceptionally friendly and generous. Would highly recommend.

This is a gorgeous condo near everything on beautiful St Simon’s!

Not what we expected. Not a 1st floor walkout, not kept up, wet clothes in washer, only 2 bath towels for a 3 bedroom condo, no bath mats, it was hot upon arrival, no beach chairs or umbrellas, outdoor furniture had bird poop on it and torn cushions with foam coming out, no complimentary toiletries, precious guests clothes in drawers, linens just thrown up on racks, no curtains on the big balcony sliding doors, stopper for guests the tub was broken, horrible old flat bed pillows, couch had holes in arm, broken bird statue, badly broken kitchen tile, couch recliners were difficult to operate.
All that being said, it was a great location, on a beautiful marina with large rooms. It could have been wonderful had it not been so neglected. We have pictures.
