Very spacious, extra clean 2 bedroom condo, 1.5 baths with laundry room, dining room, open living room with fireplace that opens up to a deck for outdoor dining with a view of the golf course and lake. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and sitting area, second bedroom two queen size beds, and the living room a large comfortable sofa, making this condo comfortable for six. An outdoor shower is conveniently located right out the front door for a quick rinse from a day at the beach. Just steps away a beautiful pool for all day relaxation.

Property was perfectly described. Location was ideal to everything on the island and Brunswick if needed. Property pool was great and the trip / property was ideal for our Frenchie!! Overall great stay and would dtay again.

The condo was perfect. Clean, great size, and 5-10 minutes away from anything you’d like to do in the area. The hosts were very responsive and communicative. Very easy going. The pool is also within feet. We loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Unfortunately the first night we were surprised to have a visitor while we were settling in. A mouse ran from the living room into the kitchen/laundry area and hid under the washing machine. We also noticed a whole in the wall next the the fridge. Maybe the dryer used to be there...I dont know but it's likely how theouse is getting in/out. We then slowly started finding the mouse droppings. Luckily it seemed to only hang around the first floor because we didn't find any droppings in anything of the bedrooms upstairs. I understand things happen and clearly it's a known issue in the community because the next morning while taking our dogs out, we noticed 2 black boxes/rodent traps outside - one by our building and another by the neighbors. I think our main concern was the lack of communication. I let them know about this issue on our second day and the owners never responded to or acknowledged my concern. Aside from the mouse, the only other tad annoying issue was that the address listed in VRBO is not the correct address so that was confusing at 11pm at night. In the end it was on me because the owner had messaged me with the correct address and additional details for our stay. Wasn't a terrible stay but certainly wasn't the best.
