Direct entry and exit (not shared with other units) and a private deck/balcony. Explore the historical landmarks, bike and walk the vast network of pathways to parks, national monuments and of course- the beach! The unit is 3 miles from the beachfront. Looking for local cuisine? Saint Simons Island has a variety- southern soul food, fresh caught seafood, pizza pies, breakfast bistros and more! The shopping district offers unique and creative clothing and home decor options. Relax and enjoy one of our local spas! So much to explore and this bungalow location is great spot to start the journey and return for a dip in the pool, a quiet reflection on the deck or game night with your family and friends. This unit is a two story, 1.5 bath, two bedroom property with approximately 8 stairs to the second level where bedrooms can accommodate up to 4-5 people comfortably and is perfectly located just short drive or bike to the beach. Situated in a pet friendly community, with onsite amenities and supplies for well-behaved pets available for a reasonable non-refundable pet fee. We stayed at Casa de Cece 4 nights with 2 kids, 2 adults, 2 dogs and it was perfect! While the townhouse is dog accommodated with food/water bowls in the kitchen and baskets of toys upstairs and downstairs the cleanliness was superb! Seriously-no dog smells, fur tumbleweeds in the corners or gross rugs/carpet. No chewed up furniture, scratched doors or floors either so if you’re hesitant to stay bc it is pet & kid friendly, don’t be! It was also very well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms along with beach items, kids games and a few books! Living room was comfortable and there is a desk and printer if you have to do a little work. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets and bedding. I usually have a hard time sleeping while traveling but I slept great here! Communication with Samantha was excellent! No texting an unattended number that emails a corporate owner in another time zone like other places we’ve stayed, her response time was prompt and I knew if we had any questions it would be addressed appropriately. I had an issue with my booking in VRBO pre-trip and messaged Samantha. She responded quickly and had it rectified within a few hours! This felt like a home away from home and we will be staying here on our next trip to SSI!

My husband and I wanted a short trip over the 4th of July holiday. Samantha’s property as just the ticket. The condo is in a good location and equipped with pretty much everything you could want and more. Only small suggestion would be a couple of larger bowls for salads or serving. It was a great spot too for bringing our small elderly dog. I would recommend staying here for sure!!

Our stay at was absolutely fantastic! The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, St. Simon Pier/shops and the beach. We appreciated the thoughtful touches; well stocked kitchen with coffee, tea and snacks. No worries, if you forget your toothbrush, sunscreen or any other toiletries. Our host, Samantha was also incredibly responsive and helpful, making our entire experience seamless. We highly recommend staying at this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay on St. Simon’s Island.
