Direct entry and exit (not shared with other units) and a private deck/balcony. Explore the historical landmarks, bike and walk the vast network of pathways to parks, national monuments and of course- the beach! The unit is 3 miles from the beachfront. Looking for local cuisine? Saint Simons Island has a variety- southern soul food, fresh caught seafood, pizza pies, breakfast bistros and more! The shopping district offers unique and creative clothing and home decor options. Relax and enjoy one of our local spas! So much to explore and this bungalow location is great spot to start the journey and return for a dip in the pool, a quiet reflection on the deck or game night with your family and friends. This unit is a two story, 1.5 bath, two bedroom property with approximately 8 stairs to the second level where bedrooms can accommodate up to 4-5 people comfortably and is perfectly located just short drive or bike to the beach. Situated in a pet friendly community, with onsite amenities and supplies for well-behaved pets available for a reasonable non-refundable pet fee. Outside of condo could use a little updates , but as soon as we stepped in it was so beautiful and comfy. Everything we needed was supplied. Very quiet and cozy. I took some photos to mimick some of Samantha’s ideas. Our dogs loved it too and were very comfortable. We plan to return later in the late summer. Everything was spotless and well equipped. Did not cook too much in the kitchen, so many restaurants we wanted to try. But the kitchen also was well equipped. Thank you for allowing us to share your place. Lynn and Tony GonzalezPS. My daughter just loved the sign in upstairs bathroom I sent her.. I bought some supplies to copy it for her.

We had a great stay. Samantha our host was great. She kept us updated and checked to see if we needed anything. She had the best stock of amenities I have seen anywhere. The place was exactly as advertised. Thank you Samantha for making our stay so enjoyable.

Great location to everything. Can't go wrong with any restaurants in SSI. Very comfortable accommodations and clean.
