About this house rental
Located conveniently to the Causeway and within 2 miles of the beach, this 3 bedroom townhome is sure to exceed your expectations. The entry leads into a spacious kitchen, living and dining area with table seating for 4 and additional seating at the bar. The kitchen is well stocked with all the necessary essentials and then some. The 50 inch TV in the living room has Live Sreaming for you viewing enjoyment. The half bath is on this level as well. The sliding glass doors lead to a cozy fenced in patio with table and chairs for 4. Perfect for enjoying moring coffee or evening cocktails.
All three bedrooms and laundry room are upstairs. The spacisous master has a King bed and ensuit bath with his and hers sinks, a soaking tub, stand up shower plus large walk in closet. The additional 2nd and 3rd bedroom are just down the hall and share a full bath with a tub/shower combination. The guest queen bedroom has a Smart TV on the wall.
There are several highlights within walking distance to include beautiful historic Gascoigne Bluff which includes a 24 acre park with massive oak trees, a disc golf course, a fishing dock on the Frederica River and picnic areas. If you are not into fishing, the sunsets are spectacular off the dock. St. Simons Marina is walking distance as well which offers boat storage and launching as well as fuel, bait and ice. If you are a history buff, you will want to check out the slave cabin ruins as well.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything we needed & more was provided. From the decor, to the layout, to the amenities, this place was awesome! We also enjoyed that we were only a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Alyce was always available & helpful for any questions. Not to mention our fur baby loved her first ocean visit! My granddaughter is already planning our next stay!

Excellent property! We’ve stayed at Mariners Landing numerous times and this has been our favorite! Will definitely be back! Well stocked, beautifully decorated & just a few steps to the pool. Great communication with our host!
