The location places you steps from Coastal Kitchen restaurant as well as boat rentals and dolphin and sunset boat tours, while a large community pool shares the same sweeping water views.
Inside, the unit is clean and thoughtfully decorated in a coastal theme. The living area features a gas fireplace, a large smart TV, and a balcony that captures the full marina and water scenery. The master bedroom offers equally impressive views, a king bed, and an en-suite bath. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, a smart TV, and its own en-suite bath, while the third bedroom provides a double bed with a single bunk above it.
