La présence de Nadine à notre arrivée., et la facilité d'échanges. La situation au sein d'Arles, appartement très agréable, climatisation fonctionnelle (utile en haute saison) .

La clef de la porte d'entrée, très difficile à ouvrir. Le verrou est à changer ! La salle d'eau avec Wc très très proche de la chambre , limite l'intimité. Son déplacement demanderait une réadaptation du bas avec la cuisine. Une vraie porte de la salle d'eau préserverait un peu plus cet espace.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment—its location is absolutely unbeatable. It’s right next to the Arènes and the ancient theatre, and if you tilt your head out the window, you can even catch a glimpse of the Arènes! Situated in the heart of the old town, everything is within walking distance, making it super convenient to explore the charming streets of Arles. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We happened to arrive during one of the city’s biggest events of the year, so parking was very limited. The host proactively sent us a detailed list of parking options, which we really appreciated—even though we luckily found a spot in the city center. The apartment is in a historic building that’s probably 300–400 years old, which adds to its charm. Inside, it’s renovated and functional—especially the kitchen, which is well-equipped for travelers who enjoy cooking (we mostly ate out, but it looked great). There’s also a washing machine and drying rack, along with detergent pods provided, which was a thoughtful touch.

Do note that the apartment is up a narrow, medieval-style spiral staircase—quite the experience, but definitely something to keep in mind if you have heavy luggage. The one downside for us was the layout of the bathroom. It’s right next to the bed without a door, so you do catch some smells and humidity from the shower and toilet, which wasn’t ideal. Also, since it’s a loft setup, you need to go up stairs to reach the sleeping and bathroom area. It worked fine for us, but it might not be the best fit for travelers with small kids or mobility concerns.

Excellent emplacement à 2 pas des arènes ! L’appartement est impeccable, propre avec clim et cuisine équipée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Notre contact nous a permis de faire le checkin un peu plus tôt et de laisser nos bagages dans l’appartement car notre train était plus tard après le checkout.

Rien à redire mis à part peut-être les escaliers escarpés pour accéder à l’appartement ! Mais cela n’est pas inhabituel pour Arles !

Perfect location and everything you need in the apartment

Address was 6bis not 6 and didn't have the code to the key box nor which apartment was ours. No big deal as proprietor came straight back with it. Staircase very steep, just to be aware for those with issues
