Great location, shame about the sofa bed.

Excellent location, right in the centre and only minutes walk to all the attractions and restaurants.

It took two hours of driving around town to get a parking spot as there was an event on we didn't know about. The studio was advertised as having two bedrooms, we were surprised it was one room in total and the bed was a pull out sofa bed. The owner messaged before 9 am on our first morning asking when we would be leaving the next day and asked for a 10/10 rating. We hadn't even started our weekend so felt this was quite pushy and rude as check out was stipulated as 11 am so there no need to ask.

Sofa bed was fully slanted down at the bottom half, which is not particularly comfortable. There were no amenities in the bathroom or shower - no body wash, shampoo, conditioner, or hand towel for the bathroom sink.

Horrid experience , Please avoid this place

The apartment does not have a bed as claimed in the description. Only has a sofa bed , which is very difficult to operate. The furnitures are very old and dated , and the floor looks very dirty. The room doesn’t have proper ventilation. I checked out within minutes of being in the property and booked into a different property on booking.com

Very disappointed with the misrepresentation of the apartment in the posting . When I checked out within minutes and requested a refund, the owner wouldn’t help.

Great location but small with only a sofa bed

The location is wonderful. Only blocks from the Roman arena, right in the midst of stores and cafes. Only 12 minute walk from the train station. Quiet, no street noise. Lots of hot water. We appreciated the little fridge, and while we didn't try it, there was a microwave and stove top.

OK. My biggest complaint was the listing said "Bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed." We get there and there is no bedroom. No bed. Only a tiny living room with a sofa bed. Barely large enough to be able to walk around the sofa bed without hitting the wall when it's made out. This could be a cute tiny apartment if some money was spent to provide a wall Murphy bed and real furniture.

die lage des studios ist optimal. sonst hat mir nichts gefallen.

die fotos auf booking.com entsprechen überhaupt nicht der realität. der hof ist umgeben von meterhohen mauern. man braucht auch am tag licht. überall blinken lämpchen. der ventilator im bad läuft tag und nacht, sehr laut. das bett ist unbequem. zuerst habe ich noch ein schlafzimmer gesucht.. aber das sofa ist ein bettsofa!! das studio ist sehr klein, man hat praktisch keinen platz um den koffer hinzustellen. küche ohne küchentücher. es hatte 2 badetücher, aber keine handtücher. dusche sehr klein, auf einer seite glas, die andere seite ist offen. alles wird nass. da es nur fenster auf den eingeschlossenen hof hat, ist die lüftung nicht gut. luft war echt abgestanden. enttäuschend!

Die Lage war perfekt, das Apartment ruhig, alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohung braucht. Alles funktionierte.

Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr hell, da Licht nur über den kleinen Innenhof kommt, und dem entsprechend auch nur mäßig Frischluft (auch über die Klimanlage) Die Beschreibung auf der Webseite ist irreführend: Größe des Apartments: 20 m² Schlafzimmer 1: 1 französisches Doppelbett Wohnzimmer: 1 Schlafsofa Bequeme Betten, 7.4 – Basierend auf 20 Bewertungen This air-conditioned apartment consists of 1 living room, 1 separate bedroom and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower... Es gibt nur einen Schlaf/Wohnraum, auch wenn man mit der Angabe "20 qm" die obigen Angaben schon vorneweg in Zweifel ziehen könnte. Es gibt auch nur ein Sofa, das zum Doppelbett auszuziehen ist. Und dann ist der Wohn-Schlafraum auch ausgefüllt. Der Fliesenfußboden sieht durch die Abnützung nicht mehr ansprechen aus.

Un superbe logement de par son agencement, ses équipements et son emplacement

Le logement est très bien équipé. L'espace est très largement suffisant et les équipements et arrangements sont vraiment très bien. Nous avons passé une nuit réparatrice grâce à la literie en place. La proximité des sites est un énorme "+" que nous avons grandement apprécié
