Strong Sewer Gas Smells in the Bedroom!

Good location.

Ingrid was quick to reply to my messages and allowed us to enter our unit a couple of hours early, which I appreciated. Still,this unit was probably the worst I have ever rented anywhere. It smelled so strongly of sewer gas that we could not sleep in our bedroom at night. We had to close the bedroom door and sleep on the sofa. The room was hot, and when we opened the windows, we could hear noise from the street, and worse, people turning lights on and off late into the night as they entered nearby apartments. A unit like this should not be allowed to be listed for rent on any platform. I will add that there is a washer (which we had planned to use, but the unit does not provide soap, so we could not wash our clothes in the time we had there. If I had known, I would have brought detergent pellets with us. There was a Nespresso machine in the unit, but exactly one capsule each. A little generosity can go along way. Perhaps the management should warn prospective re terms in advance. Overall, the pictures make the place look great, but overall, this is an uncomfortable unit filled with cheap IKEA-grade products. It does not pass the sniff test and should not be on the market.

A couple more staples provided would have been nice but the carrefour is a short walk.

La hauteur sous plafond, le fait que ce soit de l'ancien rénové, la déco et l'aspect fonctionnel. Le fait que la salle de bain soit très petite n'est pas un problème car fonctionnelle.

Buona struttura in centro!

Appartamento moderno in pieno certro, dotato di tutti i confort.

Metterei una zanzariera per le zanzare, e curerei il sistema di ventilazione per evitare cattivi odori, che appena entrati in camera erano forti ed è stato necessario tenere un po' aperto. Rinforzerei il portone di ingresso e aggiungerei un sistema anti intrusione dalla finestra su strada.

Fin lägenhet med stora fönster och härlig takhöjd. Perfekt läge på lugn gata och smidig in- och utcheckning med kod.

Toaletten och handfat i olika rum var lite ovant men fungerade.
