This is a well appointed apartment in a good location
It is wrong to advertise parking as available - street parking is very difficult to find and €40 a day.
It is impossible to gain access details without sorting out accident insurance first. Buying it is very expensive. Leaving a credit card instead incurred a £7.34 admin fee even though the site said it would be free!

L’emplacement central dans la ville et l’aménagement de l’appartement qui est simple et efficace (parfait pour une personne)
Les communs qui sont peu propres et surtout la porte d’accès à l’immeuble qui est cassée et donc ne ferme pas.
De plus, la multiplication des intermédiaires est déstabilisante car on échange tantôt avec les propriétaire tantôt avec des personnes d’une société qui assure la gestion du bien. Il est parfois compliqué d’avoir des réponses.

Good location
Some of the walls were dirty and not clean, and the floor was dirty as well due to my suitcase being placed on it. The kitchen drying rack and toilet water tank were missing. The staff sent me an email every day, and the last message mentioned that there were many things we needed to do ourselves. I didn’t realize that the room was on the 4th floor, which made it very difficult for me. We stayed for three days, but coffee was only provided for two days. One of the chairs had a stain on it, making it very uncomfortable.
