Décoration inexistante, c est dommage, cet appartement pourrait être un véritable cocon avec un peu de déco Seulement 2 rouleaux de papier toilette pour 4 jours L accès à pieds peut paraître long (30 bonnes minutes et beaucoup de marches) mais le chemin est agréable - l hôte nous a aussi donné des indications pour le bus

L’hôte a été super sympa avec nous L’emplacement, bien qu’au-dessus de varenna, permettait de profiter d’une vue imprenable sur le lac Le système de navette gratuite pour la nuit durant l’été est vraiment appréciable

The apartment was spacious and had a nice view overlooking the area. The municipality-operated evening shuttle was helpful for getting back from town at night.

The check-in experience was extremely frustrating. Despite being told an early check-in around 2 PM might be possible, we ended up waiting outside the building until almost 4 PM before we could comfortably use the apartment. We had to coordinate with cleaners and wait outside the door. There is no reception, luggage storage, or staff on-site, so we had to leave our bags unattended and wait outside in the sun. The location is also inconvenient. Reaching the property from Varenna station required a long, steep uphill walk with luggage, and taxis were difficult to find. During our stay, we found ourselves planning our days around avoiding multiple climbs back to the apartment. The apartment itself was very basic. The shower had nowhere to place toiletries, hot water ran out after one shower, and the water heater made a loud screeching noise that the host was unable to explain or immediately investigate. Communication regarding the check-in delay and maintenance concerns was not particularly helpful.
