The space is clean and bright. There is a lot of light. The kitchen is amply efficient and has just enough cookware. The bathroom is clean, bright, and efficient. Big windows in liv/din/kitchen with lovely balcony. Clothes washer w/ easy drying clothes rack -- so convenient. Windows on both sides of the apartment; excellent for breeze; high up apartment, so cooler in summer than on the ground/outside. Internet was easy to arrange with manager, who is great. Groceries, ATM, busses nearby at easy walking distance. Very safe neighborhood; I stayed in after dark for usual foreign visitor etiquette/safety. All around, very nice, comfortable, efficient stay! This stay was a return stay for me for a second summer (work-related). Very happy with it and would recommend to others, noting space, which was more than a hotel, autonomous, amazing view of the mountains, and ample for an individual for a long-term visit. Bed is super-firm, comfortable (all-foam mattress, hygienic); bedroom is ample with storage bed (queen). Nice sheets, linens, towels, blankets (just enough). Has hair dryer. Toiletries a 5-minute walk to grocery. Easy, quick set-up if you're not carrying a lot with you. Great storage/cabinet/closet space. Heating works. No A/C; not needed most of the time with great natural ventilation and a fan. Did I mention, clean?! Clean building and well-kept refuse arrangement. Elevator!! :) Stairs are also nice, clean, etc. Photos are a little less warm than the space, which is comfortable and cozy. Nice, quiet neighbors. Family building, quiet. Parks on both sides of the building. Minor road nearby on one side. Water-side pedestrian walk nearby -- can walk right into Pisa and back (15 minute walk to it + 20 minutes to city). Many joggers, promenaders.

Perfect. Easy set up. Lovely space with large windows, nice porch the entire width of the apartment, and immense view of the mountains. Bring toiletries, or purchase nearby at grocery, a few minutes walk. Cleaning equipment is provided and some cleaning soaps. Clothes washer, hair dryer, refrigerator, oven, stove top, great water heater with easy button if you prefer it off during non-use (super-fast startup), gas appliances, and medium-sized television (can attach your Roku with your own HDMI cable, or listen to Italian TV and radio!). Stainless steel, red, white, and charcoal grey decor in living/dining/kitchen. 2 rooms + ample & efficient, bright bathroom, and small foyer. Clean, crip, airy, high up and cool. Text manager a few days prior to arriving to arrange arrival time for keys/apartment orientation. Easiest to arrange taxi by email if you have many bags (phone apps for taxis are harder to use for visitors). Otherwise, the bus is very easy and convenient! Store bags in awesome storage bed. If you have time (I didn't), take a Tuscan cooking class while having use of this user-friendly and clean kitchen.
