Well furnished with kitchen / living room with kitchenette, refrigerator, washing machine, furniture of the living room TV and sofa bed, small hallway leads to the windowed bathroom with shower and toilet and a large room well furnished with patio doors giving access the balcony exposed to sunlight. Kitchenette in the living room is a sofa bed for 2 people
The apartment is on the 5 'floor of the building with a lift, with a balcony. It equipped with public parking underneath. It equipped with Wi-Fi system (tile Wind).
The area where the apartment is located is well served by public transport which allows easy arrival and departure from the railway station or from the Airport G. Galilei. We are close to the tourist centers of Florence, Lucca and the coast of Tirrenia and Marina di Pisa.
